DIRECTIONS: - FROM THE EAST (TAHOE): Take Highway 50 Westbound to the 65th Street Exit. Turn right onto 65th Street. Pass the railroad tracks and turn left at the next traffic light (Folsom Blvd). The Ballroom is located at 61st Street and Folsom Blvd on the right side. - FROM THE WEST (SAN FRANCISCO): Take I-80 East. Near Sacramento, follow the split to Highway 50 towards Tahoe. Exit at the 65th Street Exit. Turn left onto 65th Street. Pass the railroad tracks and turn left at the next traffic light (Folsom Blvd). The Ballroom is located at 61st Street and Folsom Blvd on the right side. THURSDAY NIGHT WEST COAST SWING: Advanced West Coast Swing lesson at 7:30pm on Thursdays, followed by a practice dance from 8:30pm to 10pm to practice what you learned in class. ZUMBA: Stay in shape with a fun excercise. Every Saturday from 2pm to 3pm for begginers and from 3pm to 4pm for the advanced. Also, an advanced Zumba workshop is held on Monday nights at 6:30pm ANDY'S AFTERNOON DANCES: Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 12pm to 3pm, join those 50yrs and up for a dance lesson and social dance. Check our schedules for lessons and times. DJ music is provided by Andy. DOLLAR DAZE DANCE CAMPS: For only $1 per person, you get 4 beginners lessons. Starting at noon, we teach one dance with 15min of practice, each hour, until 4pm. This is the perfect chance to try out a dance you've always wanted to try. Watch for our next Dollar Daze Dance Camp. SAME SEX WORKSHOP & PRACTICE: Every first Sunday of each month, Chad & Marie offer a ballroom or latin workshop and practice from 4pm to 5:30pm. FRIDAY NIGHTS: Country Dancing is on Friday Nights. Learn your favorite line dance or couples dance then dance the night away! We have two lessons each Friday night, starting the dance off right! Lessons start at 6:30pm then dance from 7:30pm to 11:30pm with DJ music. A real bargain for only $8 per person! COUNTRY LINE DANCE STEP SHEETS: Download the step sheet for your favorite Line Dance taught here at The Ballroom. SATURDAY NIGHTS: Ballroom, Latin and Swing Dancing is on Saturday Nights. Learn to dance all the popular ballroom, latin, rhythm and swing dances. We have two lessons each Saturday night starting at 7pm and social dancing from 8pm to 11:30pm with DJ music. At 9pm, all you swing dance lovers can go upstairs to our Rhythm Room and get a mini swing lesson and dance East Coast Swing and Lindy Hop with Johnny Ochoa until 10:30pm, then back down to the main floor to finish off the night with your favorite Ballroom music. Munchies, Music and Dance! Where else can you get such a great bargain for only $8 per person?! 1st SUNDAY NIGHT OF EACH MONTH: Enjoy Swing Dancing with Johnny, including a lesson, beginning at 6pm then danceing East Coast Swing and Lindy Hop until 10pm to DJ music for only $5 per person! GROUP DANCE CLASSES: Monday through Thursdays from 6:30pm, we offer group lessons for the many ballroom, latin and swing dances, from beginning to the advanced.
